Lester Crest
Lester is an old friend of Michael and Trevor who plans the major jobs. He helps with the Jewel Store Job and the Union Depository, and in the third ending he fights alongside the crew. His work is described in heists and crews.
Lamar Davis
Lamar is Franklin's friend and the person Franklin has to rescue from his rival Stretch. Giant Bomb gave him its Best New Character award for 2013.
Steve Haines
Steve is Dave Norton's superior. He coerces Michael into operations against the IAA, then forces Michael and Franklin to break into the FIB building to erase evidence against him. He escapes the Mexican standoff and is one of the targets in the third ending.
Dave Norton
Dave made the secret agreement that keeps Michael hidden in Los Santos. When Michael robs again, Dave and Steve use the broken deal to control him.
Devin Weston
Devin is a billionaire corporate raider who tries to shut down Michael's film studio. After Michael accidentally kills his lawyer, Devin vows revenge and later approaches Franklin about Michael.
Martin Madrazo
Madrazo owns the mansion Michael damages in a rage. His demand for compensation pushes Michael back into crime and starts the Jewel Store Job.
Wei Cheng
Cheng is Trevor's rival in Blaine County, and his henchmen fight Michael and Trevor during the Union Depository preparations. He is killed in the third ending.
The wider circle
Michael's wife Amanda and his grown children Jimmy and Tracey make up his family. Trevor has a paranoid friend named Ron, and Brad Snider is the third man from the North Yankton robbery. Brad's fate is the secret that turns Trevor against Michael, as told in story and endings.
